Let’s face it – none of us are really able to wake up with a smile and a song, and whistle ourselves to work everyday. For most of us, weekday mornings mean half-open eyes and wishing we had woodland creatures to help us get dressed. Life can’t be a fairytale all the time (especially when you’re trying to adult lol). But that doesn’t mean we can’t make it just a bit more magical.

If you’ve been following me for a bit, you’ll know by now that when I need a quick magical fix it usually means one simple and wonderful thing: Disney Style.

So for this month’s installment of my Disney Capsule Wardrobe series, I decided to show you how to style 10 items in 20 different workday ways. That’s a whole month’s worth of Disney work outfits that can fit in one little bag. Whether you’re off to a business trip, or you just like to plan ahead, these style ideas could not only save you some money, but some much needed time (for some extra sleep and a nice cup of coffee) as well.

So how does it work you may ask?

Just like my first Disney Capsule Wardrobe, the first thing I worked on were the colors. I again chose the classic black, white, and red to show you how even with the same color palette as my Summer Edition, you can create completely different looks.

The next step was choosing the bottoms. For variety, I picked out a pair of jeans, black trousers, a pleated midi skirt, and a little black dress. From there, choosing the tops was pretty simple. If you look at my item list, I only actually put in 3 Disney pieces: a polkadot short sleeve blouse, a long sleeve blouse, and a simple tee – all of which are in white, and very easy to pair. The rest are basic pieces – a red cardigan, a black sweater vest, and a black blazer.

Since I kept my Disney clothing items minimal for the work setting, I decided to add more magic through my accessories – including a Mickey tie I made myself, a beret, some pins, and a neck scarf.

For shoes I only really needed three – pumps, slipons, and some ankle boots – all in black and white.
