Disney AND Christmas together? I’m here for it.
This year has definitely been a Disney year for me. I was fortunate enough to visit the parks more than usual with some very special people, I made a ton of new magical friends, I got to use its music to reach some young and beautiful souls, and the whole world celebrated Mickey’s 90th year with a bang.
So to cap off my very Disney 2018, I put together a little Holiday Lookbook by styling one Christmassy plaid skirt, in six different Mickey ways.
Holly Jolly Christmas
The most casual of the six, this is the perfect outfit for your last minute Holiday shopping. Running through the Christmas rush will be easy in these white slip-ons and relaxed Mickey shirt, and the denim jacket provides just the right amount of warmth for that frigid mall airconditioning.

Santa Baby
Heading to a Holiday party and don’t know what to wear? I’ve got you covered. Taking inspiration from 2 magical icons who love black and red in this outfit.

- Black off shoulder top: Old Navy
- Knee-high boots: Steve Madden
- Ornament earrings: H&M

Merry Christmas Darling
Cosy and creamy in an ensemble perfect for Netflix nights. I dunno about you, but I love binge watching cheesy Holiday flicks this time of year. And Disney movies, obvs.

- Cream sweater: Zara
- Knee-high socks: H&M
Christmastime is Here
If your December is fully booked with Christmas parties and reunions, chances are you’re going to run out of things to wear. Instead of spending on a jazzy new outfit, this is the perfect example of how you can transform the look of an item completely by how you style it. This look is great for your next Holiday brunch. Casual, put together, with just a small touch of Disney.

I’ll Be Home for Christmas
We take Christmas decorating very seriously in our family. And looking your Disney best makes it all the more fun. Topping off this festive look with my favourite cable-knit cardigan.

- Mickey bandana: Daiso
- Cable-knit cardigan: Massimo Dutti
- White knee-high socks: Forever 21
Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree
And finally, best for last. I couldn’t resist pulling out my favourite Mickey items again. I must have used this Fab 5 blouse and this Mickey beret a hundred times this year, but I don’t care. They’re so adorable and so, so easy to style! Added a red bow to the blouse, as well as a red cardigan to take this outfit to a whole new level of festive.
- Mickey beret: Forever 21
- Disney Fab 5 blouse: Forever 21
- Red cardigan: Uniqlo
- Brown tights: Marks and Spencer
- Brown suede booties: Bershka
- Christmas rings: H&M
Have a holly jolly Holiday everyone! May your days be merry and bright!
